The Kerrytown Courtyard is a lovely quiet venue tucked between the buildings of the Kerrytown Market & Shops. There is ample seating in the courtyard so no need to bring chairs. Parking at Kerrytown Market & Shops is free on Sunday and there is usually plenty available between 4pm and 6pm.
