Make Music Day is a free celebration of neighbors going outside and making music as part of National Make Music Day. This day of music is open to musicians of all ages, abilities, genres, & experience.
Beginning in 1982 in France as a national holiday known as “Le Féte de la Musique,” this event has grown into a worldwide event.
2026 Line-Up
Come on out to Downtown Ashland on Sunday June 21st to listen to a variety of local musicians. Here is a short list of those who have signed up so far. We will update as more musicians reach out to participate.
10am-3pm – Throughout Downtown Ashland musicians have been invited to play or sing within our downtown parks and street corners.
11am – Otis Park: The Melody Singers
1pm- Pearson Plaza: Nathan Parent
