Ruben Hurtado y su Montuno Cha

Ruben Hurtado has been playing Latin music on Fourth Street for the last 11-12 years in a trio or quartet depending upon the arrangment. He started with a family group in the 70's and 80's playing music at cabarets in San Jose. Over the years he has played at the Tropicana, Copacabana, and with Fito Reinoso in the 2000's. Hurtado started his own group playing at the Cigar Bar in SF and he has been going strong ever since.
