Take Back The Sun

Take Back The Sun is a rock band from Fort Atkinson/Janesville. The band was founded in 2019 when Ivan, Hunter and Luke attended a rock band camp together at Knapton Musik Knotes in Janesville. Over time, Ben and Eli also joined the band. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the band’s activities were put on hold, but they resumed rehearsing and performing in 2021. In the fall of 2024, Aiden joined the band as a second drummer. Their first album, Sedamore, was released in April 2025. Prior to releasing their album, they released three singles from Sedamore: “Ubiquity”, “Defenestrate” and “Waste of Time”. They perform live on a regular basis throughout Southern Wisconsin.
