On Sunday, June 21, 2026, Centerville will join communities across the globe in celebrating Make Music Day, a free, community-wide celebration where music is performed by anyone and enjoyed by everyone.

This is Centerville’s inaugural year participating in Make Music Day, and we’re going to challenge Hickman County to show up and show out! From sidewalks and storefronts to parks, porches, and local gathering places, we invite musicians, venues, businesses, and music lovers of all ages to be a part of the fun.

Skeeter’s Pub & Grub is our premier host venue for this first-year celebration, helping us kick off what we hope will become a new summer tradition in the heart of Hickman County.

Make Music Day Centerville welcomes musicians, singers, instrumentalists, bands, choirs, worship teams, students, solo performers, ensembles, and music lovers of all kinds to help fill our community with music on Sunday, June 21, 2026.

This is our first year joining the worldwide Make Music Day celebration, and we would love to see Centerville and Hickman County show up in a big way. We’re looking for anyone who performs on stage, sings with a group, plays on the porch, leads a jam session, hosts musicians at your business, or already has music planned for the day. We’ve got a place for you to participate.

Performers and venues can register through the online matchmaker. This tool helps artists and host locations connect, share information, and build a schedule of free music throughout town.

Performer profiles may include contact information, music style, audio samples, photos, social media links, and website information so venues and organizers can learn more about you.
