Make Music Day Chattanooga Celebrates 10 Years with Citywide Celebration on June 21st

Chattanooga, TN — Make Music Day Chattanooga returns on Sunday, June 21, 2026, celebrating its 10th anniversary with a full day of 40+ free live music events across the city, following a week of programming featuring 100+ live music events.
Part of a global celebration of music taking place in cities around the world, Make Music Day Chattanooga invites musicians of all ages and skill levels to perform in parks, venues, businesses, and community spaces, transforming the city into an open stage for one day each year.
Over the past decade, the event has grown into one of Chattanooga’s most dynamic community-wide activations, bringing together artists, organizations, and audiences through the shared experience of live music.

Artist Collaboration and Creative Exchange
A highlight of this year’s celebration is the release of the “Worthy of Love” Remix, a collaborative project bringing together local artists, Ryan Oyer, Summer Dregs, and Amelia Jacobs, as part of Make Music Day.

A Citywide Expression of Music and Community
Make Music Day Chattanooga continues to expand its reach through partnerships and community-led participation. Over the past three years, key partners have included ArtsBuild, Lyndhurst Foundation, Chattanooga Tourism Company, River City Company, the City of Chattanooga, Songbirds, RISE, Unity Performing Arts Foundation of Chattanooga, and Upper Room Studios, among many others.
