Make Music Escanaba

Make Music Escanaba

Ring in summer with a worldwide day of music! On June 21, celebrate Make Music Escanaba on the streets, sidewalks and parks across the city with music performed by anyone, free for everyone.

About

Make Music Escanaba is a new annual one-day festival by the Escanaba Downtown Development Authority to celebrate the summer solstice — the longest day of the year — and recognize the ability of everyone to make music.

It is part of the international celebration inspired by France’s Fête de la Musique, which began in 1982. Make Music Escanaba is a great way for the community to make music and raise awareness that creating music is for everyone.
