Sometimes all is takes is a cheap guitar, some neighborhood friends, and a song to spark a lifelong relationship with music. This was certainly the case with pop-rock singer-songwriter Mark Place, whose humble beginnings took him on a journey only many could dream of. Mark Place has been managed and produced by the Beatles publisher Dick James, worked with Bob Marley’s manager and producer, Danny Simms, and recorded under the direction of Bob Dylan producer and Columbia Records A&R Executive Don DeVito, as a recording artist for Columbia Records. This has led to an impressive discography of albums; ’Third One From theSun’, ‘The Sonalysts Sessions,’ ’The Havens,’ ‘The Swan,’ 'Pre-Columbia Art’ and Raddolcire'. Mark Place tells stories of autobiographical influences, infused with universal messaging and his personal observations of the world. The result is a stylistic tapestry of emotions, colors, and lyrical narratives weaved together to unite listeners and showcase Place’s skills.
