Kevin French

Originally from Chicago, Kevin moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and fronted the band Solstone, a guitar riff driven rock band that released a handful of EPs and created a small but loyal following in the LA/Hollywood rock scene of the early 2000s. Since then, his path has pretty much mirrored the plot from the movie Rock Star (minus the major label band, huge tours, and unbelievable success...but he had long hair!). Most recently Kevin has been writing and recording songs himself as well as collaborations with a variety of artists, and playing acoustic shows that include a solid showcase of what it means to be Gen X, including some originals...just like Chis "Izzy" Cole from the movie!!
