Keili & Rafael
Meet the sister-brother duo, Keili and Rafael Fernando. Based in Orange County, these two singer-songwriters have captivated and entertained audiences with their homegrown, indie-folk, and modern pop sensibilities in their original songs and covers. With a background in photography, film, and theatre, Keili has a knack for crafting picturesque lyrics and pairing them with memorable melodies. She completed a solo music tour up the CA coast and released an EP called 411, which Rafael played on. Her songs received radio play in the UK and US. Growing up, Rafael naturally picked up and learned as many instruments as he could, including the guitar, drums, bass, ukulele, among others. With his rhythmic flair and sharp ear, today, he infuses each song with a dynamic dimension and writes his own compositions. Keili and Rafael's performance history include Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Sofar Sounds, the Orange County Fair, the San Diego County Fair, the NAMM Show, and various coffee shops.
