Esteban Fernandez

Steve `Esteban’ Fernandez was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey to a family of talented musicians. His journey into house music started as a kid listening to Tony Humphries on the radio and recording his sets on cassette tapes. Another inspirational moment was going to Sound Factory Bar in NYC with resident dj Louie Vega. What sealed the deal for Esteban was going to Body & Soul NYC and watching Joe Claussell work the room. He knew then that he was on the right path and there was no turning back. Ready for a change, Esteban decided to move to South Beach Miami where he would land a summer residency at the infamous Nikki Beach Club. Eventually Esteban would team up with top house music producers to play percussion on their records gaining a better understanding of music production.
