-In 1993 there was a coffee house a few blocks away from his childhood home that hosted an open mic. Benjamin played there and built up his chops. -In 2000, he joined a Beatles Tribute band and did a national tour of the USA along with a trip to Japan. -In 2010, he joined a more accomplished Beatles Tribute band called Britains Finest. They toured extensively and landed some very lucrative gigs on cruises and all over the world. —He was a stand in for a musician in a Beatles Tribute called Classical Mystery Tour, which traveled all over using a live, local orchestra. -Since 2021, he has rarely missed a Friday at his favorite venue, The Olde Ship! -Today, Benjamin plays music wherever people like to hear it and he loves a good sing-along! He plays songs found in his mom’s record collection. Beach Boys, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Elton John, Cat Stevens and many others. For more than 30 years he has been playing music for all sorts of audiences, big and small.
