His soulful vocals ringing out while simultaneously playing guitar, kick drum, and tambourine will keep the energy rolling! As a former foster youth, music was a consistent presence that carried Joe through some challenging adversities. He has had a long career advocating for at-risk youth in all facets and enjoys and spreading awareness wherever he can!
