Madison College Big Band
Madison College Big Band, directed by Jamie Kember, is a traditional jazz big band composed of vibrant community members and active Madison College students. This ensemble is an example of one of the many arts opportunities that Madison College provides helping to make Madison and the surrounding area a more culturally rich region of Wisconsin. Tonight's performance will feature music the band will be taking to Germany on their upcoming tour of Wisconsin sister communities. The repertoire will stretch back to the big band era as well as show how the genre has evolved up to today.
