Make Music Day: Songwriting & Harmonica Jam (All Ages Welcome!)

Celebrate Make Music Day with a fun, interactive workshop designed for all ages and experience levels—no musical background required!

Participants will receive a free harmonica (while supplies last) and learn the basics of how to play, from simple rhythms to expressive sounds. From there, we’ll explore the joy of collaborative songwriting, using easy prompts to create lyrics, themes, and melodies together.

This is a hands-on, playful experience where families, kids, and adults can:
• Learn a new instrument in minutes
• Experiment with sound, rhythm, and storytelling
• Co-create a simple, original song as a group
• Build confidence through creativity and expression

By the end of the session, participants won’t just take home a harmonica—they’ll leave with the experience of making music together.
