Groove your way down to Zomac School of Music for Make Music Muskogee’s “Drum on the Buckets at Zomac” event to bucket drum for Make Music Day on Saturday, June 21, 2025!
Jeff Jones will be leading the FREE bucket drumming event, and you can take your instrument home with you! Beginners and pros, young and old—all are welcome to join in the fun! If you’ve never touched a drumstick before, come on in and hit your first downbeat!
Bucket drumming is one of Make Music Day’s Mass Appeal initiatives, bringing together people of all ages and skill levels to make music in large, single-instrument groups. Not quite music lessons and not quite jam sessions, Mass Appeals are a special kind of musical happening of their own—and anyone can take part!
