o celebrate annual, international Make Music Day on June 21, Muskogee Public Library (801 W. Okmulgee St., Muskogee, OK) and Make Music Muskogee will host a free hands-on musical workshop from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm in which participants of all ages are invited to create music and explore sound using only sheets of paper.
1. EXPLORE
Paper is magical. Crumple it, fold it, hit it, rub it, tear it. How many sounds can be made?
2. COLLABORATE
Work together to create short musical compositions using the sounds discovered.
3. PERFORM
Perform your work! Whether funny or serious, it will be papertastic!
