Cellists of the Violoncello Society of New York will perform music for cellos by J.S. Bach, Kate Dillingham, Antonin Dvorak, Florence Price, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Kaija Saariaho, and more.
At 5:00pm - 5:30pm, there is a play along for all cellists of all ages and all levels to participate. Please show up at The Hugh plaza at the base of the Citicorp Building at 602 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan by 4:45pm to join.
RSVP is required for the 5:00pm play along, to ensure we have enough chairs for all cellists planning on joining. Sheet music for the play along can be sent beforehand upon request.
