Bucket Drumming at Troy Public Library, Lansinburgh Branch

Bucket Drumming with a teaching artist will be a part of the line-up of Youth & Family Oriented Events on Make Music Day. This event will take place at the Lansingburgh Branch of the Troy Public Library. This area of North Troy is notoriously underserved, and is a part of an intentional effort to take Make Music Day out of only the downtown area. We will partner with the Lansingburgh School District, the Troy YMCA, and Unity House Youth Program to bring families out to this event.
We will be bringing in a teaching artist [tbd] to lead this free event for the community, and working with a local hardware store to receive a bucket donation.
