The Arts Council of Wilmington will produce a large indoor/outdoor music event in partnership with the Harrelson Center, a campus of 40 humanitarian nonprofits housed in the former county jail. With ample exterior spaces and a 7000-square-foot event center, the Harrelson Center will allow us to forge relationships with the campus’s resident nonprofits and bolster support for our burgeoning music scene.
