Fre Atlast is a multi-instrumentalist performing musician, drum circle leader, artist in residence, Streetpriestess, and, Community Activist. Her rhythms, songs and stories reflect the teachings that she has received from Wisdom Carriers of many different cultures. She is one of the founders of the Catskill Mountain Womyn’s Drum and Percussion Happen’n. Fre believes it is our birthright to tap into the power of drumming, singing, and, dancing to uplift the spirit and bond with our community. Join the circle and bring your voice!
