Jamie Fett
Jamie Fett is a transgender indie-folk singer-songwriter in the NE New Jersey area. He's been playing music his entire life and started playing ukulele during the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown to keep himself occupied. In summer of 2024, he began playing acoustic guitar and has never looked back. Jamie's music primarily deals with mental health and the complexities of the human experience. He is also currently the frontman of an indie rock band called Slipstream. He's a veteran of hundreds of local open mics and often attenda with his dad Andrew, a music therapist and host of The Fine Grind open mic night. He received a BA in Psychology from Centenary University in 2023 and is pursuing a Masters degree in Music Therapy at Montclair State University.
