Ken Atkins & The HTK is: Original Neo/Retro Country Honk. Usually in attendance: Drums, backing vocals: Tommy Trombley Harmonica, vibe, swag: Swampy Davis (It's Swampy Time!) Steel Guitar: Paul Brockett Bass Guitar, backing vocals, fact checking - Tō Benoit Guitar, vocals, songwriter: Ken Atkins Featuring songs about: Livin', Lovin', Liein', Dyin', Cryin' and Truckin'! Along with original music we throw in a healthy dose of our renditions of country standards, obscure ditties, a little rock n roll, tex mex and even a few from the great american songbook. We've toured Austin Texas and the surrounding area 8 times.. Knoxville and Pigeon Forge Tennesee too! Most of the time we're here in New England – but hey, we play the last Sunday every month at a super nice (friendly) little dive bar called A&J's Cafe on route 32 in Montville. 3-6pm
