Big Stubborn Boy
Big Stubborn Boy is an exploratory duo borne of a penchant for charting new territories and an excess of willpower to see through even the zaniest ideas to their conclusions. Jack Beal (bass) is a musician, producer, and educator based in New York City and Boston. Jack seeks in all things the delight of discovery and the thrill of exploring the unknown. Louis Barker (violin and viola) is a musician and teacher living and working in New York City. Lou is inspired by an upbringing in bluegrass and the contemporary classical music he was hurtled towards in undergrad and masters.
