Hotclub of Flatbush
Created in 2011, this quartet was inspired by the Parisian acoustic jazz bands of the 1930s. While its instrumentation (violin, accordion, acoustic guitar, and bass) has a distinctly continental sonic texture, the repertoire of this Hot Club is as diverse as Brooklyn itself.
