Chrysalix

Born and raised in Harlem and the South Bronx, Chrysalix used her talents as a writer, vocalist, photographer, videographer, producer, director and infused the media arts into what she taught to her students . Inspired at a young age by the beauty and symbolism of butterflies, Chrys collected everything butterfly…created everything with a connection to butterflies…and developed the metamorphosis mindset as she fluttered around capturing the moments of her life on camera. Chrysalix has been a writer and editor of multiple anthologies and newspapers and will be performing excerpts from her new novel in verse “Requiem of Echoes” and her new music release "Echoes"
