Chaya Glaser

Chaya is a singer, songwriter, certified sound healing practitioner, & Orff-Schulwerk informed music educator. Raised in a musically vibrant home, she was enveloped in the sounds of jazz, folk songs, Yiddish traditionals, & gospel harmonies, which continue to inspire her musical path. Whether through song circles, performance, or immersive sound journey events, Chaya is dedicated to co-creating nourishing spaces where people can explore & embrace the beauty of their unique hum along with communal vibration. She writes original music, and performs with her sisters in “Glaser Drive”, an Americana/folk harmony-driven band, having frequented venues including Rockwood Music Hall, The Bitter End, & Debonair Music Hall. She is also a vocalist in NJ-based rock band, “Philosopher Pirate”. Her songs tap into the stories that make us human, and she believes in the power of music and collective resonance to bring peace, whimsy, comfort, and build strength through our shared journey of life.
