John Pinamonti and Shannon Brown
John Pinamonti and Shannon Brown are an acoustic duo based in the Bronx. John is known for his songwriting, multi-instrumental prowess, and eclectic interpretation of Americana Music. He has released 6 albums and has been a part of the roots music scene in New York City since 1995. Shannon grew up in rural Appalachia and is known for vocal stylings that are reminiscent of classic country artists. She has released 2 albums with her country band, Trailer Radio, which has performed across the NYC metro area since 2010. Dan Asher is an electric and upright bassist who has been performing in the New York area since 2001. He has played at legendary venues such as Birdland and The Blue Note and has performed with artists such as Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes and Jimmy Buffett. Most recently he was part of the Wheels of Soul tour, performing with Gabe Dixon, where he also performed with the Tedeschi Trucks Band (of which Mr. Dixon is a member), and Los Lobos.
