About
In 1982, the French Ministry of Culture launched Make Music Day, also known as Fête De La Musique, on the summer solstice. They urged everyone to step outside and make music. From professionals to curious onlookers, people joined the celebration. Free performances echoed across the city, from morning to night, in parks, gardens, streets, rooftops, restaurants, and shops. Now, over 40 years later, Make Music Day resonates in over a thousand cities across dozens of countries worldwide!
This June 21, Palm Beach County rocks its first-ever Make Music Day! Unleash your inner musician – all skill levels welcome. Enjoy free performances citywide, demos for newcomers, and group jam sessions. Join us in celebrating Palm Beach County’s diverse musical talent, passion, and unique culture. Don’t miss the chance to be part of the inaugural festivities!
