CSET PM BAND

Fresh from performing in and making it to the Final 5 Busk-Off event at Portland Buskathon (April 11-13), originating from Salem OR, the CSET PM Band is a 5-member rock/pop musical group. It is most unique in that the members are all faculty/alumni/students at Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) in the Computer Systems Engineering Technology (CSET) department, Portland Metro (PM) campus which is located in Wilsonville. Phong Nguyen, band lead is a professor in CSET. Phong plays violin, keyboard, guitar, bass and sings. His wife, a retired vascular tech, performs at vocal and percussion. The lead singer is Cari Blaker, a CSET PM senior, who has been a professional lounge singer with parents who performed in professional barbershop quartets. Joseph TenEyck, the drummer and also a senior at CSET PM, is a composer, arranger, producer, film scorer, sound engineer.... Last but not least, another CSET PM senior, Dominick Stone, the lead guitarist played in multiple bands
