City-Presented & Sponsored Events
Santa Monica will host and support five free, all-ages events across parks, the beach, and a transit hub. These include City of Santa Monica–presented activations as well as events led by neighborhood associations featuring live music and participatory experiences throughout the day.
Make Music Santa Monica Metro Station Activation: Music Meets the World Cup, 11 a.m.–5 p.m., Downtown Santa Monica Metro Station and Kiss & Ride Parking Lot – A central hub with live performances, participatory jam sessions, hands-on workshops, and World Cup-inspired programming.
Ocean Park Association, 1–5 p.m., Beach South Lot 1 – A beachside concert series with multiple musical acts.
RAD Play Day in Reed Park + dublab Presents | Salaam: Frequencies in Bloom, 4 p.m., Miles Memorial Playhouse – A free community play day paired with an open-air concert and participatory jam celebrating the summer solstice. Centering women, trans, and non-binary musicians, the event blends a curated live showcase with an open jam and playful, immersive visuals.
Santa Monica Mid City Neighbors, 4–8 p.m., Colorado Center Park – A neighborhood concert featuring local artists across genres.
North of Montana Association, 5–8 p.m., Palisades Park – A family-friendly celebration with live music and community activities.
