Outdoor Restorative Sound Bath

Stacie Haus facilitates immersive sound experiences using singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other resonant instruments to support relaxation, reflection, grounding, and self-awareness. This gentle outdoor sound bath invites you to slow down and settle in as soothing sounds and the natural world come together to support rest, renewal, and a nervous system reset. This music/sound event will be held at the Elementary Amphitheater, on the trail west of Spooner Elementary. Park in the school's front entrance parking lot (located across from Division St.) and follow the paved walking trail straight past the playground and just beyond the tree line. The event will be on your righthand side. Participants will need to bring either a yoga mat or a blanket to lay on, water, and any additional items to help them be comfortable such as a pillow(s), leg bolster, a light-weight blanket to cover up with and/or sunscreen. *There will be a canopy put up to provide some shade.
