Make Music Day Tyler is a citywide celebration of sound, rhythm, and creativity, bringing musicians of all ages, skill levels, and genres together for a day of free, live performances. Held annually on June 21, this global music festival transforms parks, sidewalks, businesses, and community spaces into impromptu stages – where everyone is invited to join in, whether by performing, listening, or simply soaking up the energy of the day. From solo artists and school bands to pop-up drum circles and interactive music workshops, Make Music Day Tyler is all about uniting the community through the power of music. No tickets, no barriers—just music, everywhere.

Join Us on Saturday, June 20 for the
Make Music Day’ Kickoff Event!
June 20, 2026 | 7:00 PM | TRUE VINE BREWING COMPANY
Gather the family, put on your dancing shoes, and join East Texas Symphony Orchestra (ETSO) at True Vine Brewing Company for the return of ETSO Latin Beats.
An ensemble of outstanding musicians, assembled by ETSO Principal Percussionist Roland Muzquiz, will perform this free concert of Latin influenced music.
The performance is a kick-off for Tyler’s celebrations of 2026 Make Music Day on Sunday, June 21st. No tickets are needed. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from True Vine Brewing Company and Sola Bread Co.
