Radiant Revelry

HONK NYC! and Moment NYC present Radiant Revelry, a Winter Solstice parade featuring Ghost Band Plays Ghost Venues. This musical procession, led by Stefan Zeniuk, honors NYC’s lost creative spaces by revisiting iconic East Houston locations once central to punk, jazz, folk, house, drag culture, experimental music, and more. Though now replaced by boutiques, banks, bars, and hotels, these venues—like Lismar Lounge, Save The Robots, Slug’s Saloon, Tonic, Cake Shop, Luna Lounge, and The Living Room—are celebrated for one night in a roving tribute to the city’s ongoing cycle of artistic rebirth. Meet at Baker Falls (192 Allen St.) at 3pm for parade prep; step-off is at 4pm for a one-hour procession. Enjoy costume-making at the Craftivation Station, warm drinks, DJ sets from Illexxandra, and performances by HONK Family Band and Moment NYC upon return.
