The Bronx Music Heritage Center hosts its 11th Make Music Winter with a Puerto Rican parranda— a plena-filled holiday procession through Melrose. Led by local musicians, the parade stops at casitas, community gardens, and businesses, ending at the iconic Rincón Criollo “La Casita de Chema.”
